Hanse Superb 350 from 2008 going going...

Calling all digital nomads / first time cruisers.

We bought this fast, comfortable beauty a year ago in Martinique from its first owner. "Ace" is a Hanse 350 (Germany), the Mercedes of production sailboats.
3 double cabins, 1 full head version that swiftly transported my partner and I in style, comfort and safety. Down to Trinidad and upto the Bahamas we sailed. This singlehanded craft awaits you in great condition here in Nassau, Bahamas. Polish registered and EU Vat PAID! She has been maintained to the highest standards.
Everything has always been changed/serviced ahead of time.. Like the standing rigging and new front sail in 2018, many upgrades in 2023 and ALL new lipo (Lifepo4) battery and solar system 2024, as well as antifouling and Simrad 7 chart plotter. Extra main and jib sails. It's the ideal boat to get into cruising life. We have loved relaxing, cooking, creating music and art, snorkeling, kitesurfing and foiling on her. I safely learned to manoeuvre, anchor, sail and dock anywhere. I have 18 000 accident free paragliding flights.. I know what dependable and safe are.. This boat is perfect. With a 1,85m draft, you can get in really shallow!
I've improved the boat quite a lot and everything is functional, simple and dependendable. Loads of Dyneema and a spare windlass along with the Yanmar 30hp (best motor one can buy and running perfectly). 7kts plus (using as little as 1 to 1.5litres (1/4 to 1/2 gallon)) per hour. This boat is also very "convertible". You can be sipping a cocktail at sunset with a perfect sky above and when adverse weather comes, you easily change things and be under a well protected "bedouin tent".. Large (15m2 and 8min put up/pack away) and small (2-3 minutes) sun/ rain covers as well as a super, protective dodger (splash cover) means you can be sitting outside, and still be well protected from a storm. There is no hard dodger to block the pleasant breeze. I've always loved convertible cars (roof up or down in seconds) and this boat is exactly that... Choose at any moment what you would like as "openness" or protection.

This modern-designed 2008 boat has a very well laid out galley (kitchen) and living area. With an all new, full kitchen.. pots, pans, cutlery, crockery from 2023. Spacious lounge make indoor living like you are at home on land!
Everything works on this boat.
The Solar (520w) and battery upgrades help a lot. With 2x 200ah on both agm and Lipo batteries, all controlled by the excellent "Bank Manager version 2" one is assured of no problems with power. A 110/220v inverter as well as usb charging ports in all cabins and in the lounge keep all your toys charged, where you want them! Many possibilities exist for all your crazy mod cons... Big screen TV and surround sound.. No problem! There is so much electricity created by the solar and the lipo batteries that you can add any appliance you like.. Bread maker, icecream/ice maker, nutribullet, induction stove, soda stream, microwave.. Welder... Anything! A watermaker can easily fit but I go upto 3 weeks not needing to fill up with my extended range 320 litres water and 130 litre diesel tanks. Filling up at marinas and catching rain water in the custom built rain catcher, means you never run out! Easy, stress free cruising as we have had. I can organise a Rainman water maker at around 2 to 3000 euro extra.

Upto 8 people can sleep on this contemporary, fast patent by Hanse (Hull speed 7,52knts). I've travelled for a couple weeks with 5 on board...Noone is climbing over each other. The wide stern make for a very voluminous interior (many older 43 foot boats aren't nearly as livable inside). Here everything is well thought out, planned and measured. It's as modern a design as a 2024 new boat. Tons of packing space in lazarettes, cupboards, bilges and other hidden places. I've a lot of sport equipment and it all fits! Cabins have extra portholes for light and better view. I challenge you to find a 35 foot plus boat at this price with not 1, but 2 hull skylights on each side. These provide loads of light. In this beauty there are no dark corners. It's always light and airy. With great ventilation and a brand new mattress cooler included (see Mattrasscooler.com) you don't ever need a/c. In fact Air-conditioning on a boat is in my opinion more hassle than its worth.. We have always been comfortable on Ace.
Fans in all cabins for extra ventilation. Plenty of linen (fitted sheets, pillows, and blankets).
All hatches are scratch, crack and leak free. Nothing leaks on the boat. Bilges stay dry. Osmosis free.
An upgraded Delta 16kg anchor with 45m uninterrupted chain (no swivels or weak points) with extra brand new chain and spare anchors (2). In sea trials, it will be my pleasure to run through all of this with you.
A super easy shorthanded sailing vessel, with self tacking jib (a design spearheaded by Hanse and found on most of the latest sailing vessels today) with all halyards and sheets leading into the cockpit. Forgiving, I've sailed in big swells and strong winds alone with no problems. It's a pleasure to sail yet never gives you any uneasy feeling.
Really recommended for a first time cruising boat that is good for blue water (you can go through the Panama canal in the next months, or Caribbean island hop. Our last year of discovering the Caribbean has been the best of our lives! A really solid mooring ball is available to you in gorgeous Secret Harbour, Grenada for the hurricane season. I'll even pay for the first 2 months!
A large stand up paddle included (large enough for 2 people). 2 mins and easy to take up and down.

The realistic sailor won't be disappointed. A proper survey was done less than a year ago and you're welcome to the surveyors number in Martinique. Keel bolts are solid and the hull is smooth. This is just about a 1 owner boat! Never crossed an ocean or raced. Always treated with love.
NO WORK IS NEEDED on "Ace"... (only touch ups if you are pedantic). The interior and exterior both look good.

The original Raymarine autopilot is dependent and does it's job.
New Simrad chartplotter in the cockpit shows all one needs as info for navigation, along with the high quality holder for your phone for extra Navionics and route plotting very quickly, you are set! Wind and autopilot are all well displayed and close at hand. Relaxed, easy sailing all through the Caribbean and beyond.. The blue world is waiting! Start in the Bahamas... It's outstanding!

Nearly new 2.4m inflatable dinghy and 6hp 4 stroke suzuki (80 hours) mean 9.7kts speed, using very little fuel. I The dinghy stores easily on the foredeck when sailing further. With the main halyard and special winch to lift the motor, even a child can manage it alone.
Fishing equipment is also included.
A great BBQ that can be used on the beach or on the stern is also included.
"Wichard Gybe easy" (Gybe prevention) for extra safety.
Snorkeling equipment as well as all tools and accessories included. Many purchased 2023. Plenty extra sheets, halyard and dyneema lines.
AIS recieving and collision avoidance alarm on a top of the range M94 Icom radio as well as base station. Radar reflection too.

We've made every luxury available onboard from good cushions indoors and out and even a little library of interesting books and sailing magazines.
