I am selling a mooring space in the city harbor of Rostock with a steel sailing yacht van de Stadt 11.40m in length.
Refit in 2008, New Seldén Rig 2014 (mast length 12.50m), 2X roller genoa, full-battened mainsail, teak deck, 2 anchors, wheel steering with autopilot, wireless wind and depth gauge (Raymarine Tacktick), gas stove, 5 berths, height-adjustable folding table, water and diesel tanks each 120l, starter battery and 2 X 95Ah consumer batteries, Vetus charger, bow and auxiliary anchor, bathing ladder, electric and manual bilge pump.
Due to professional and family reasons, there is some maintenance backlog - hence the low price, but with a few days of work in the next winter storage, it is a very good sailing and beautiful extremely seaworthy ship.
The floating dock mooring space can be taken over. Currently 1830E for 8 months of the summer season. It may be the safest marina in Rostock. The mooring space would also be suitable for a larger vessel up to 43 feet.
