Je vends mon bateau que j'ai depuis plus de 12 ans avec regret pour des raison de santé. Le bateau a toujours été entretenu avec soin, hiverné ± 9 à 10 mois/an au sec, principalement sous bâches, nouvelle annexe juin 2023 +moteur annexe Honda avec maximum 5 heures d'usage , batteries Lithium 300Ah bms + 90 gel pour le moteur et batterie tampon gel 50AH tout placé en mai 2023, avec booster ACDC et chargeur de quai adapté, panneaux photovoltaïques, le tout installé en (mai 2023)
Génois a été utilisé 2 saisons (1,5 mois par saison) l'artimon est comme neuf, + foc d'artimon et spi asymétrique peu utilisé.
Ancre Rocna 33 Kg 2016 + 2 autres ancres, hélice Maxprop 2016 , coque sans osmose, entièrement réenduite au Gelshield en ± 2015 moteur d'origine, tourne parfaitement, sorti et refité en 2013
plage arrière ajoutée en 2022.
centrale de navigation Simrad NSS 8 avec radar Broadband et systeme d'overlay.

Travaux d'entretien que j'envisageais:
-remplacement du 1er frigo (sur 12v et secteur) (2eme frigo sous banquette OK)
-recâblage de quelques points du moteur
-graissage des enrouleurs et winches
-un nouveau petit rideau dans la cabine arrière
-remplacement de 2 réas de renvoi du chariot de génois

J'estime la valeur du bateau à 115.000€, mais le moteur (4313h) quoique encore bon pour de nombreuses années (en principe il doit pouvoir faire 8000h) serait éventuellement à remplacer car les pièces sont difficiles à trouver. J'ai vérifié cet été '23 son taux de compression et le mécanicien m'a confirmé que tout est OK) Le prix d'un nouveau moteur 60Ch tourne autour de 15000€ à 20000€ donc 115-20=95
