We have decided to sell our share in Bristol Queen, 1 share out of a total of 3.
A well-functioning co-ownership between 3 families. The boat is based in Hunnebostrand during the summer and stored in Älvängen during the winter. All work on the boat is distributed through dialogue among the owners before each season. The boat is used every third week from launching to haul-out and for 2 consecutive weeks during the peak season (usually weeks 27-32).
Annual cost is approximately 10,000 SEK plus any maintenance expenses. The other 2 co-owners reside in Lerum and Alingsås.
The boat can be viewed on land until April 4th and then in Hunnebostrand on weekdays or weekends in weeks 17, possibly 18, 20, and 23.
The plan is to use the boat in the spring and transfer ownership in June. The buyer's weeks are scheduled for weeks 26, 30, 31, and 35. The other 2 co-owners are responsible for a new co-ownership agreement upon transfer of the share.
Model: Hanse 370e, 3-cabin version from 2008.
Motor: Yanmar 3YM30AE (30 hp) with S-drive and 2-blade folding propeller.
