I am selling my sailboat with trailer due to lack of time.
The dinghy is from 1965, making it an absolute classic and eye-catcher. It is great for sailing and anchoring with two people, and can accommodate three if you're close.
It comes with everything you need: anchor, paddles, boat hook, binoculars, life jackets, fenders, and plenty of ropes. The electric motor, which operates on 12V, is also included.
As a centerboarder, you don't have a bulky keel in the seating area and can raise the centerboards for landing.
I restored the upper deck in 2001 to the best of my ability, but the interior could use some fresh paint.
The boat has been stored on the trailer in my garage for the last 20 years, rarely put in the water and always properly ventilated to prevent rot.
The trailer has green license plates, making it tax-free and insured through a recreational boat insurance.
Rigging and launching at a suitable location takes about 20 minutes, and dismantling is similar.
For me, it's a great boat for outings or cruising. Unfortunately, I don't get to use it enough.
