The sellers have been unable to come out to Starshine since before covid and as such she is in need of care and maintenance, including new running rigging, potentially new standing rigging, new anti-fouling paint. The topsides need polishing and the exterior varnish is in very poor state. She also needs a dinghy but there is an outboard.  As she has not been used for some time there may be other items that need attention. The engine runs. The interior looks nice and the interior varnish is in good condition. The sails are in good condition and stored ashore. Some termites have been found and a report on how to treat this from a pest control company is available upon request.  The vessel is being sold 'As is, Where is". This is good opportunity for someone who is able to carry out the work required.
