Well-Maintained and Well-Equipped Sailboat

A modern alternative to traditional sailboats, with a lot of wood in the interior. The cockpit and seating areas are made of wood. Quality construction with good headroom in the cabin - approximately 1.90/95 meters.

Specifications:

• 2 cabins: Forepeak and aft on the starboard side, plus 1 adult berth in the salon and a child's bunk in the sofas.
• Doors to the cabins. Large toilet/shower on the starboard side.
• Epoxy-treated hull during construction. Hempels Mille "environmentally friendly" gray paint.

Engine:

• VolvoPenta D1-20 3-cylinder 18/20 HP freshwater-cooled diesel engine with heat exchanger for hot water. Only about 500 hours of use.
• New shaft and Flexifold propeller in 2021.

Electrical System:

• 1 x 12V starting battery 75 AH, 1 x 12V "truck battery" approximately 120 AH.
• Shore power with Vitron charger, solar panel with regulator, main switch BED new in 2021.

Anchor System:

Aft anchor windlass Quick Balder new in 2022 with 30m leaded line.

Sails:

New roller mainsail and roller genoa in 2022. Older genoa with sheets and Seldens furler. Two Lewmar winches for self-tacking jib. All halyards led to the cockpit with two Lewmar winches.

Navigation:

• Raymarine Axiom 9 chartplotter with Navionics card for Sweden in 2021.
• Garmin AIS 300 receiver only.
• Cobra VHF radio.
• Raymarine ST50 instruments for wind, depth, and speed with 2 displays.
• Raymarine ST 2000 autopilot on tiller.

Safety Equipment:

• Fire extinguisher.
• Gas detector.
• Electric bilge pump in keel sump.
• Electric bilge pump in oil pan/keel sump.
• Sony radio with CD player.
• 2 anchors: 1 Delta aft and 1 Bruce forward with chain.

• Hot water heater from Quick via shore power or engine heat.

• 2022 Dometic electric toilet with stainless steel tank and deck pump-out. Gobius level monitoring.
