Motor Sailor Description

A very nice motor sailor from 1980. When sailing, you have the canopy down and steer with a tiller. In bad weather, you can steer from inside with a wheel. The best of both worlds! A sturdy family boat with 5-6 berths and a spacious cockpit with large windows, kitchen, and a helm where you can sit comfortably in all weather conditions.

The salon below deck has been converted into a generous and comfortable double bed. The original table is included if you want to change it back. The extended aft section provides better sailing characteristics and a lovely bathing platform. Depth sounder and compass are available. Many things have been replaced in recent years:

• 2018: New toilet and sink. Solar panel.
• 2019: New gas stove, kitchen counter, and sink.
• 2020: New mattresses and thick mattress toppers for the aft cabin and captain's cabin.
• 2021: New Solé mini 44 engine, 109 running hours. S-drive overhauled, new bellows. 20l water heater, heated by engine coolant or shore power. New thick mattresses and mattress toppers in the bow.
• 2022: New helm seat. New canopy with large windows. New starting battery.
• 2023: New 100-liter water tank. All water lines are new. New cushions in the cockpit and white-painted area behind them.

The boat is located in Saltholmen. There may be an opportunity to rent the mooring in second hand in 2024, subject to approval by Grefab.
