9. Refit
From winter 2010 the HIGH NOON experienced a resurrection. After the old lady was no longer completely watertight and the paintwork was brittle, the boat underwent a complete refit over the next few years. Not only the engine was sent into well-deserved retirement, but also the mast, the sails and the fittings were completely replaced.
During the renovation work, care was taken to ensure that the boat retained its original style / design. The boat should be easier to handle, which is why the sails were changed from Spinnacker to Gennacker. The interior was made a little more cosy and modern and modern electronics and LED lighting were installed.

In winter storage 2014/15, the HIGH NOON made friends with a beautiful teak trunk....which has since adorned the new deck...and you can now say and see....the HIGH NOON is in mint condition.
