Deleivered by Mono & Multihull Boat Builder (Neatherlands) in 2000. This Sailing catamaran is located at the mouth of the mediteranean in Cartagena Spain, a stones through from the balierics. Its berth is abailable for extension if the desired crusing area is the balerics or medeteranean Spain. The yacht is well equipped and ready for the season ahead. Alicante & Murcia airports are nearby with regular, cheap UK & EU flights. Connections can be arranged for viewings. The yacht was UK flagged pre-brexit with full EU tax paid, making it painless to re-register as British.

The yacht is highly maneuverable due to its wide beam, twin inboards & twin rudders. The yacht is setup to be easily single-handed.

With its epoxy GRP honeycomb sandwich construction and foam-filled keel, it is light weight, strong and without the risk of osmosis.

All cabins are equipped with 12V warm LED lighting. Master cabin with additional dimming.
All cabins have 12V sockets or USB Charging ports (12V). Master cabin additionally equip with 230V outlets.
All cabins are equipped with basins and hot/ cold water outlets.
All cabin & wetroom hatches with blinds & flynets.
Master cabin and saloon heated by LPG gas central [air] heating.
The saloon and master cabin have shared Air conditioning.
Saloon with a 12V fridge with freezer compartment.

The vanity area between the master cabin and wet room has 12V & 230V outlets and is well lit with warm 12V ceiling lights.

The wet room is spacious, with an automatic bilge pump for shower water discharge & a cable ways ready for an electric toilet. The head has a sea/tank Y valve.

The galley is equipped with a gas stove & oven. 230V outlets for the kettle, toaster & blender as well as plenty of storage for provisions & cooking equipment. The yacht is equipped with 2x gas bottles in the anchor chain locker.

The stairs and passageway across the yacht has 12V (red) low location lighting. This provides enough light for the communal spaces while underway, and provides nice lighting for guests unfamiliar with the stairs when using the head at night.

Helm station is equipped with a 12V socket.
Helm Station has a comfortable double bench for 2 people.
The aft deck/ cockpit has a large, comfortable seating area for up to 8 people, with modular cushions and an easily foldable double leaf table. The table folds away within seconds to provide full cockpit access or a comfortable lounging area.

The aft deck is lit with a 12V, light weight, decoritive illuminated stone. This gives the yacht a very unique touch by giving the ceiling amazing depth as well as perfect lighting.

The aft deck canopy has side panels that have opening window screens and fly nets. There are also sun/privacy blinds that can be set to remove sun from the back deck or to give full privacy.

Yacht is equipped with a 250Ah, 12V house battery. House battery is charged by either or both engines, a high-output mastervolt charger (25A), or by the 2x 250W solar panels (connected with independent solar chargers units for improved efficiency and reliability). There is sufficient space for additional panels & associated equipment on top of the canopy & in a large storage space between the aft cabins.

With its 2x 18hp Volvo penta MD2020 Diesel inboard engines and separate 40L diesel tanks with fuel gauges, the yacht can cruise comfortably at >7 knots under motor. Additional 80-liters of spare fuel cans for extended range.

-3x self tailing winches with all halyards, sheets & reefing lines leading to winches in the cockpit.

Traditional jib tracks and cars. Additioanl self tacking jib track & car. Seperate or combined use allows for easy single-handed or efficient sailing.

Folding gangway on the bow, hung from a halyard with elastic leg for self-raising. Easily to stow and launch from the front deck once moored.
