Nice looking Moody 31 MK II bilge keel, tiller version. Owners tell me she was the last produced of 300 as Moody moved on to the Moody S31. Said to be a great starter yacht which is often owned longer than planned before a an upgrade in size - she offers so much room for her 31ft length at the same time of providing safe stable sailing attributes.
She has been owned by her current owners for the last 30 years and you can see she has been lovingly maintained. With her lovely warm teak finished interior she appears to be in good condition inside and also outside. She has 2019 standing rigging.
There are a couple of jobs on their maintenance list just awaiting the shipwrights availability.
