JUST ADD WIND - THIS WELL-DESIGNED 1984 JEANNEAU SUNSHINE 36 RACER/CRUISER IS READY TO SAIL!!

Built with quality materials and expert craftsmanship, the 1984 Jeanneau Sunshine 36 has been well maintained and upgraded over the years to provide you with an enjoyable sailing experience. The 12' 8" beam makes the top deck maneuverability a breeze and adds some serious living comfort below.

With its spacious cockpit and well-appointed interior, this Jeanneau is perfect for extended cruising and weekend getaways. The Seller had a sugar scoop professionally added to the stern that extends the length to 38 feet and includes a swim ladder adding extra fun for the sailors that love to swim.

The spacious aft cockpit is set up for single-handed sailing and the sellers had some competitive excitement participating in local Yacht Club Races!

This beautiful cruiser features a 3 cabin layout and comfortably sleeps up to 8 adults and / or children. You'll love the Stub keel with lifting centerboard that changes the draft to only 3.5 feet allowing for worry-free navigation in low tides.

The seller recently had new Seadeck installed in the cockpit and on the sugar scoop which gives the Jeanneau a quality look and adds to the safety and comfort.

The rigging is sail-ready, the owner confirms, and includes a 135 Genoa new in 2018, Mainsail with stackpack, a 100 jib, and Spinnaker. Also, some older laminate racing sails (not in great shape) but included if you want them.

The electronics include a Raymarine autopilot and a
GARMIN touchscreen chart plotter with GPS. Other features include a VHF, Battery Monitor, newer 200 ah lithium batteries, a battery monitor and a recent 2000 watt lithium battery inverter with DC to DC converter for charging the Lithium's off the alternator. The starter battery has a separate charger as well.

This is a great boat, and seller says he's sad to sell it . . . they just spent 28 days taking it up to Desolation Sound (Canada) and back. With its spacious cockpit and well-appointed interior, this Jeanneau is perfect for extended cruising, weekend getaways or an entry into a local sailing regatta!
