Originally ordered with shallower than standard draft to allow access to more cruising grounds around the world and an extended transom to provide even more storage space in the lazarette, GRILLO PARLANTE was launched in the summer of 2003 as the last of 10 Swan 77's built by the Nautor yard in Finland. Hull construction in monolithic glass fibre reinforced Vinylester laminate with aramid used to reinforce the hull stiffeners.
