Classic in the MK II version with very extensive equipment and many innovations but also some points that need a refurbishment.
From 1986 the Hallberg-Rassy 312 came in the Mk II version. The most visible change was the larger windows, which were now mounted in the cabin superstructure, as on all later models. As a result, the yacht has a brighter saloon that appears larger. At the same time, the entire cabin superstructure and cockpit moved further aft, which resulted in a few decisive extra centimeters in the saloon. The superstructure also became higher, so that the headroom increased from 183 to 185 cm; But that felt like much more. The work surface in the galley also became larger. The Mk II was only built with a dog bunk. The wet room could now be locked and no longer extended across the entire width of the ship. In addition, she got a shower tray.
