The Morgan 44 is built by the renowned Catalina Yachts shipyard, known for their good sailing abilities and voluminous interior.
The Morgan 44 that we are offering is very well maintained and you see that her former owner have kept her in great condition, with various upgrades along the way.
As she is a center-cockpit, the provides great safety on long(er) passages, with her clean aft deck you enter easily with the passerelle. The cockpit is spacious and nicely covered by the bimini, all lines run through the helmsman which is great when sailing short handed.
The gangways provide a good grip and plenty of handrails when going to the bow in rougher conditions. The newer furling boom makes it easy to reef without any hassle and lose of performance. When stepping inside the saloon we find the galley on the right and the charttable on the left. The gally has a lot of storage cabinets and is equipped with big fridge and freezer, great for full time Yachties.
The saloon is cozy with an L-shaped sofa and alongside sofa with various storage behind and underneath the seats. In the bow is a double V-berth and private en-suite heads with shower, this cabin will be mostly used for guest or children as the "owners-cabin" is in the Aft.
Speaking about the "Owners-cabin", you couldn't believe the size of this cabin! Because the CC layout the whole stern is for the owner, with a comfortable sized double bed with many hanging lockers and shelving. This is a perfect place to retreat and many men and especially the woman will definately fall for this cabin, no more hassle to climbed over eachother when heading for the loo at night. The heads with shower is decent sized and even has a (small) bathtube! This will be a perfect fit for (young) families willing to explore the seas.

If you are looking for a well maintained 2-cabin yacht that is very suitable for liveaboard or longer durations onboard, then she is surely worth a visit!
