2021 Fountain Pajot Isla 40 | Nils

This Isla 40 'Maestro' version is the current 12-metre sailing catamaran model in the legendary Fountaine Pajot range. She features an opulent, spacious and private owner's suite with bathroom in one hull and two guest cabins and bathrooms in the other hull.

Nils is completely set up for sailing the world with ease in comfort, safety and style. The current owners collected her new from the shipyard in La Rochelle, France, then spent a whole year and an extra EUR90,000, fitting her with extras to prepare for their journey of a lifetime.

The addition of 1200w of solar panels, 800 Ah lithium batteries and a 105 L/hr watermaker with UV light & mineral filters makes her energy and water self-sufficient for long voyages.

The ability to switch between two independent autopilots - Garmin and Raymarine - is among the many additional back-up systems and features for maximum safety at sea.

The flush deck and large sliding door between the spacious cockpit and saloon create a seamless transition between inside and out, and a fantastic platform for living and entertaining in comfort and style. Her forward bathroom has been transformed to an ample storage room and is easily reversed back to the original when required.

Nils sailed from France across the Atlantic to the Caribbean, through the Panama Canal and across the Pacific to French Polynesia assisted by a generous as-new sail wardrobe including a Code 0. The 58 m2 Incidence Dacron mainsail is backed up with a 37m2 Incidence Dacron Genoa, and downwind passages are made easy to handle, with the 137m2 Parasailor.

She still has 20 months on her visa for French Polynesia. We can help arrange delivery or shipping to your chosen location, or you can take advantage of the opportunity to start your voyage in one of the world's best cruising grounds.
