The Grand Soleil 45 we offer was designed by Judel & Vrolijk and built by Cantiere del Pardo. This Italian shipyard has been building quality yachts that sail well for over 40 years and the brand is a household name, especially in the Mediterranean. The result is a fast and easy-to-handle 45-foot boat with great seaworthy sailing characteristics, partly due to the 2.30 meter deep lead keel, combined with plenty of luxury. The deck and sidedecks are spacious and the teak is in good condition. The boat is easy to operate from the cockpit by the skipper and crew. All fittings including electric winches and navigation equipment are well placed and of good quality. The sail wardrobe consists of no less than 6 sails, including 2 spinnakers and a as good as new gennaker. Of course, an electric windlass is not missing.
Below deck you enter a warm and cozy saloon, the interior is of good quality. The silk gloss wood finish combined with the blue upholstery gives the whole a chic look. The galley is on the port side and the navigation corner is on the starboard side. There is sleeping accommodation for 6 people in the 3 cabins. The owner's cabin in the bow has an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. On the starboard side at the entrance there is a second wet room, also with a toilet and shower. There is plenty of closet and storage space throughout the boat. In short, this Grand Soleil 45 J&V is a very spacious and sporty sailing yacht with lots of comfort, ideal for a great vacation or just a nice day on the water with the whole family.
