Well maintained, life-long fresh water Lake Erie boat! Been used for day sailing, but a true cruiser-racer.
This Pearson 31 has spent her entire life in freshwater and has several features and upgrades that make her special including a Yanmar diesel engine.
Another upgrade is the full spinnaker gear: spinnaker pole, a pole track on the mast, a pole topping lift and downhaul, two extra halyards with associated halyard winches, cleats, and an extra set of winches on the cabin top for the spinnaker sheets and guys.
There is the additional quarter berth which provides sleeping room for an extra person on board. The layout also provides easy access to the components that are aft of the engine (such as the fuel tank, packing gland, steering gear, etc.)
