Båten (vit med röda trim linjer, från 2011) har endast haft 1 ägare och är noggrant underhållen och motorerna har regelbundet servats, från 2021 av Orust Yacht Service i Henån, Sverige. Båten genomgick en betydande "ansiktslyftning och uppgradering" under 2022-2023 och säljs nu i mycket gott skick. I Limhamn till slutet av augusti sedan i Henån.
The boat (white hull and red trim lines, from 2011) has only had 1 owner and has been carefully maintained and the engines have been regularly serviced, from 2021 by Orust Yacht Service in Henån, Sweden. The boat underwent a significant “face-lift and up-grade” during 2022-2023 and is now for sale in mint condition. In Limhamn until end of August and then in Henån.

• The hull was sand blasted, and 5 layers of epoxy primer and 2 layers of anti-fouling were added in 2022.
• A new bow thruster, Sleipner SRVP80 (80 kg variable thrust, vertical and retractable) was installed in the bow, together with a specific battery (Optima Yellow Top 75 Ah) close to this thruster and connected to a new DC/DC charger in 2022.
• Likewise, an identical stern thruster, Sleipner SRLP80 (80 kg variable thrust, horizontal and retractable) was similarly installed in the stern.
• The entrance to the coach was grounded and the high-gloss varnished appearance was restored in 2022.
• The two Andersen 28ST winches were motorized as part of motorization of the Furling mast system in 2022.
• The mast in-furling system was motorized (Selden FLN RB EL F228 Retrofit via a SEL bus system) in 2022.
• The Furlex was motorized (Selden FLEX 200E MK2 via a SEL-bus system) in 2022.
• A new 12” Raymarine Axiom 12 Pro RVX plotter was installed under the sprayhood in 2022.
• A new 7” Raymarine Axiom plotter was placed at the pedestal head in 2022.
• The 12 V start AGM battery (75 Ah) and the three AGM service batteries (3 x 120 Ah) were all replaced in 2022.
• New white UK-sails were acquired in 2022. Main; Endumax X-drive Top Class Cruising 35.8 m2 and Genua; Endumax X-drive Top Class 37.8 m2.
• A new and quicker Raymarine autopilot (Raymarine p70s Autopilot control head with an evolution EV1 sensor core) was installed in 2023.
• The old AIS detector was replaced with a AIS unit (Raymarine 700 Class B transceiver) in 2023.
• A Sunbeam Tough+, 121W, solar panel was flush mounted on the coach roof in 2023.
• A new lightening protection system was installed in the boat.
