Our 2016 Lagoon 450s is ready to welcome her new owners. She is in very good condition with 4 cabins, 4 ensuites and 2 forepeak cabin layout. We have been the proud owners since April 2022 sailing France, Italy, Croatia, Albania, Montenegro and now Greece. The Lagoon 450s model is especially popular with couples and families for its inclusiveness and safety. The steering station has excellent all-round visibility and connectivity to the rear entertaining area, galley and salon. It can easily be sailed by a couple, or single handed, with all sheets leading back to the cockpit with three electric winches.
This well-maintained catamaran is self-sufficient for comfortable live-a-board sailing with water maker, generator, solar and more. The summer/autumn shoulder season is the perfect time to take ownership and start new adventures in the Mediterranean.
The bulkheads were inspected and certified in March 2022. In August 2023 the bulkhead kits were installed with Lagoon Certification issued in writing and registered on the Lagoon system.
She is Australian Registered/Flagged and currently located in the Ionian, Greece. We are living on board ready to virtually and/or personally show prospective buyers through and to hand over to the new owner.
