The Granada 31, built in 1980, is a polyester sailing yacht of Scandinavian quality with a length of 9.31 meters and a width of 3.10 meters. Known for its round hull and tiller steering, this model offers comfort and stability, ideal for family vacations or sporty sailing trips. The boat has four fixed berths and two additional berths, with an interior headroom of 1.80 meters.

The Granada 31 has been well maintained and has some minor defects, such as a windmill damaged by a gull. The engine, a Volvo Penta diesel engine with 13 hp and 2300 running hours, is fully operational and consumes between 1.2 and 1.5 liters per hour. The boat is equipped with a mainsail, genoa, storm jib and jib, with a furling and reefing system for the headsail.

In terms of equipment, the boat is complete, including two anchors, a spray hood, cockpit tent, outdoor cushions, swim ladder and safety features such as life jackets and a hand-operated bilge pump. The boat has been used primarily for pleasure cruising, vacations and sporting trips along the coasts of Zeeland, Belgium, France and England.
