SUMMARY
A rare and great opportunity to enjoy the fantastic Turkish coast and archipelago, by acquiring a quarter share in a very well maintained and fully equipped Bavaria 42 Cruiser 2007. Fourplay is currently sailing in Turkish waters, base port Marmaris Yacht Marina, conveniently located close to Dalaman airport with substantial amount of direct flights from several UK locations.
S/y Fourplay has a 3 cabins and 2 heads layout, generous owner's cabin with en-suite shower room and head forward and two aft cabins and combined shower room and heads. Double steering wheels for better manoeuvring control and cockpit access.
During 2024, 3 weeks available in October, while 2x3 weeks at your disposal during April to October 2025 and onwards.
Fourplay has been in the syndicate since new, never been chartered or raced.
Fourplay is registered under MCA (Maritime & Coastguard Agency), Merchant Shipping Regulation, Part 1 (Reg. of Ships), entitle the yacht to be mortgaged.

ANNUAL COSTS
Administration is completed by one syndicate member, as agreed by all. The syndicate has its' own bank account. Annual costs historically amounting to £3500-£4000.

OWNERS COMMENTS
The syndicate meets once a year at the AGM to discuss; finances, the cruise dates and locations for the following year, any necessary major jobs, and the maintenance plan, in addition to communicating on a regular basis via the group on WhatsApp.
In 2023, Fourplay underwent a major overhaul that included a complete epoxy and antifouling treatment, new dingy, new bimini and sprayhood, replacement outboard engine, windlass service, new cockpit table, new thruster control, and an engine control panel, among other things.
Fourplay is of superior build quality and kept in a very well-maintained condition with any extra major expenditure discussed and agreed by all share-holders who are all experienced and qualified yachtsmen.
1/4 share allows at least 2x3 weeks sailing per season.
Minimum sailing requirement - RYA 'day skipper' or equivalent qualifications.
Meticulously cared for, Fourplay has undergone constant updates and enhancements, making it an excellent choice for Mediterranean cruising.
Professional engineers and suppliers, recommended and verified by the marina, are used to ensure a trouble-free sailing season, including; engine and propulsion servicing, epoxy treatment and anti-fouling, hull policing, inspection and possible repair of sails and rigging etc.
Minor repairs are undertaken by the syndicate partners.
The boat is not VAT paid, flying British ensign.
Fourplay was launched in Slovenia in April 2007. Since then, she has taken the syndicate through Croatia, Montenegro, Albania, Greece. Now berthed in Marmaris Yacht Marina, Turkey, where she has undergone substantial upgrade and services by TMS Marine and Sharp Marine.
Syndicate alter base location from time to time to give varied cruising.
