IMPORTANT PRICE REDUCTION MOTIVATED SELLER - Hull brought to zero 2022 - Splendid example from the prestigious Sangermani Shipyard in Lavagna. The Terza Santa Maria was launched in 1973, designed by Cesare Sangermani. Its original name was Noa Noa V; Build number 184. Terza Santa Maria is an even-masted schooner with fractional rigging (Staysail Schooner). The boat is built in glued mahogany planking screwed to oak frames with bronze screws. Deck and superstructure in teak, interior in cherry. The paints, finishes, details, woods, fabrics and upholstery are excellent. Hull repainted in 2014, teak re-rubberized in 2018, most of the rigging replaced in 2015, mainsail and forestay new from 2018 - Engine block replaced in 2007 - Atlantic crossing in 2004 - Refitting in 2012 with replacement of 63 linear meters of planking, doubling of 8 frames and construction of a steel counter deck - Only two owners
