Accommodation:

The owners cabin forward has a Queen size double, great stowage, shelving and opening ports.   Moving aft, the head and shower is to port with large hanging lockers opposite. The main saloon has white leather upholstered settees which double as sea berths. A Dickenson diesel cabin heater is located on the forward bulkhead. Moving aft, the galley is to port and the improved navigation station opposite. The accommodation is completed by the double guest cabin to port. Behind the navigation station is a cubby storage space which goes all the way under the cockpit seating. No access from the cockpit, ensuring completely dry space. This cubby is used for bulk storage and the fixed genset is housed at the back.  Interior finishing throughout is beautiful solid teak. The sole is teak and holly throughout. Headroom 6'6''. Also in 2016, four new CAFRAMO 12v fans were installed, a new stereo system with additional FUSION cockpit speakers. The interior is cooled by a marine airconditioning system, one compressor and cabin outlets.




Galley:

  • Double sinks c/w hot and cold pressurised water.  Drinking water double filtered before a carbon filter to tap.  Additional manual hand pumped fresh water.

  • Two burner gas stove and oven (2020)

  • Separate fridge/freezer OZ Fridge, new 2022, -8 to -18C range, Eutectic SS storage plates, air cooled with fresh water booster cooling.

Machinery:

PERKINS 85 hp main engine with 3500 original hours, a new installation in 2004, extensive service history.  In 2023 new engine mounts, all new hoses, new turbo, new mixing elbow, heat exchanger removed for thorough cleaning.  A new ZF25 gearbox c/w Python Drive bearing in 2024.  The shaft was new in 2018.  MaxProp folding propeller.




Mast & Rigging:

Original alloy factory rig.  The whole rig was pulled in 2019 for full repaint plus new spreader lights, nav lights and lightning deflector. All standing rigging was replaced in 2020.  Chainplates were replaced in previous ownership, new bolts and resealed in 2021.


Masthead strobe.  Wind indicator.  Wind instrument.  Radar reflector.

Hull & Deck:


The hull is a traditional long keel design.  Last surveyed in 2018, report available upon request, it remains in good condition, last haulout June 2024. 


The teak decking to the side decks was removed some years back and replaced with a non slip grp surface, new teak panels on the coachroof were put on in 2018.  All ports had new glass and were resealed that year.


All through hulls are bronze GROCO and fully serviced.


The hull was peeled and re glassed by the WEST EPOXY System in a previous ownership and has not exhibited any osmosis since.




Covers & Awnings:

  • Max size SUNBRELLA bimini with joining section to SUNBRELLA sprayhood c/w Lexan clears and dropdowns.  Additional side and back shade mesh panels.  The bimini has been raised to extend standing headroom to 6'3''.

  • Stem to stern sun shades (2022) Fwd section can act as an air scoop for interior.  Water catchment with hose to water tanks.
