This looks like a nice example of the beloved Westerly Fulmar - so many people still rate these fine yachts for their great lines and performance, coupled with a practical, roomy and flexible interior, that really works.
She seems really well equipped, with a running fridge, solar charging and everything I think you'd need to navigate her and her interior is clean, bright and commensurate with her age and use.
There are jobs to be done here - as there always will be - and there and I think a really good exterior polish would make a huge difference to her appearance.
